摘要
研究了用固相吸附与超临界流体萃取相结合富集水中有机污染物的方法,考察了萃取压力、温度、改性剂种类及其浓度、收集溶剂种类、流体流速、平衡时间、流体用量8种因素对样品萃取脱附效果的影响及吸附剂的吸附线性范围,并对标准水样的富集回收率进行了测定(>70%,RSD<4.6%).该法对实际污水的应用表明,超临界流体萃取对水中极性较大的有机化合物的处理是可行的.
A combined method of solid phase adsorption and supercritical fluid extraction (SEE) has been used for collecting and concentrating organic pollutants from sewage. Eight factors were studied for the optimization of SFE conditions. The extraction efficiencies for the test compounds were over 70%, and the relative standard deviation was <4.6% ( ra = 3) . In this manner, 66 organic pollutants were detected in the sewage. Among them, 15 appeared in the list of priority pollutants suggested by US EPA, Benzothiazole, amines and phenols were the predominant organic pollutants. The contents of the contaminants in the original and the disposed sewage were compared.
