摘要
以铜绿微囊藻作为生物材料,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和没食子酸作为化感物质,研究了这两种化感物质在不同浓度下对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响,对比了不同溶剂中两种化感物质的抑藻效果。结果表明,低浓度的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对铜绿微囊藻的生长具有一定促进作用,但高浓度时抑制其生长;没食子酸对铜绿微囊藻的生长具有一定的抑制作用,但浓度的影响规律性并不明显;对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯来说,乙醇溶剂可以增强其对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用,而对没食子酸来说,甲醇溶剂可以减弱其对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用。可见,在化感物质发生作用时,化感物质用量和溶剂种类起着极其重要的作用。
This paper is inclined to present its authors' research results on the inhibitory effects of the allelochemieals on the algae growth under the influence of different solvents. As we know, Microcystis aeruginosa (FACHB-905) has been used as a kind of biological material and allelochemicals, dibutyl phthalate'(DBP) and gallic acid, which can be dissolved in alcohol and methanol, respectively, may affect the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa. Since Microcystis aeruginosa exists in many substances all over the world, particularly in severely eutrophicated water bodies. Since the heptapeptide compound produced by single cell cyanobactcria can not only cause human liver cancer, but also affect regular growth of aquatic plants and animals, or at least lead to some serious ecosystem imbalance. It has thus become a serious problem to control the "ecological cancer" in many countries in recent years. Moreover, as the release of allelochemicals turned to be an important trait developed by the aquatic plants against planktonic algae, a technique for controlling algae outbreak has been recently developed by using water eutrophication. However, previous studies prove that dibutyl phthalate (DBP) derived from hydrilla verticillata and galhc acid derived from fringe-like myriophyllum verticillatum tend to have inhibitory effect on the algae growth. Therefore, to overcome the effect, allelochemicals should be extracted and used by means of solvents. Nevertheless, it is still unknown if there is any sideffect of the solvents themselves on algae growth. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the response of algae growth to the solvents, including alcohol and methanol. So far, the results we have obtained can be summarized as follows: (1) The growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was enhanced by a low concentration of DBP and inhibited by high concentrations of DBP; (2) Though gallic acid had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa, its inhibiting effect seems not closely associated with the concentrations of gallic acid; (3) Since DBP is dissolved in alcohol, it is possible to enhance its inhibiting effects on Microcystis aeruginosa growth, whereas gallic acid is likely to weaken the inhibitory effect, for it is dissolved in methanol. Thus, it can be concluded that the inhibitory effect of allelochemicals on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa proves to be able to be affected by the solvents used, which makes it important to choose proper solvents when allelochemicals are used to control the algae growth.
