摘要
研究了银与明胶在ｐＨ８发生反应，所形成的复合物经抗坏血酸还原形成淡黄色溶液，在４１５ｎｍ波长处有最大吸收峰，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．２×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。银含量在０～２０μｇ／ｍＬ范围内服从比尔定律。方法已用于废水中微量银的测定。
The interaction of silver with gelatin in KH 2PO 4 NaOH buffer solution at pH8 has been
studied,the complex is reduced by ascorbic acid to form faint yellow solution and the absorption
maximum is at 415nm,its molar absorptivity is 1.2×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Berr's law is
obeyed over the range of 0～200μg silver per 10mL.The method has been used to determine
microamounts of silver in waste water with satisfactory results.
