The Study on Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Palladium and Optimization of Experimental Parameters by General Revolving Combination Design

摘要 在硫酸介质中,钯对溴酸钾氧化间硝基偶氮氯膦(CPAmN)褪色反应有强烈的催化作用。采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法对实验条件进行了优化。利用优化的结果,建立了催化分光光度法测定钯的新方法,测定了钯碳样品中钯的含量。本法检出限为0.398mg/L,检测范围0~3×10-6g/mL。 A new catalytic kinetic system for the determination of trace palladium has been developed with spectrophotometry based on Pd(Ⅱ) catalyzing oxidation of CPA m N by potassium bromate in H 2SO 4 medium.In this experiment,the general revolving combination design has been used to optimize the experimental parameters.The determination limit is 0.398mg/L,the linear range of Pd(Ⅱ) is 0~3mg/L.The method is of high sensitivity,selectivity,accuracy and simplicity.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Pd(Ⅱ) in palladium carbon with satisfactory results.
