摘要
我国已成为世界制造大国和贸易大国。我国企业国内外专利、商标和版权少,质量差,涉外知识产权纠纷不断发生。我国企业应取得外国企业的知识产权许可、进行国内外知识产权调查或拥有自主知识产权等,避免涉外知识产权纠纷。
China is a large producer and trading country in the world. But Chinese enterprises have few patents , trade marks or copyrights ,and Chinese patents , trade marks and copyrights are of very poor condition.Foreign-related intellectu- al property rights disputes happen frequently .To get permission of foreign enterprises on home and overseas markets, to make inquiries about foreign intellectual property rights at home and abroad,or to own intellectual property rights,etc.avoids foreign-related intellectual property rights disputes.
