摘要
目的加强对医院工作人员手卫生的重视。方法随机检测感染科医师、护士和保洁员戴橡胶手套的手卫生标本及使用洁肤柔手消毒剂前后的样本各30份。结果医师、护士、保洁员的手卫生合格率分别为20.0%、80.0%、60.0%;而使用手消毒剂前后橡胶手套上的菌落数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有必要对戴橡胶手套的医院工作人员的手卫生进行干预,手消毒剂对橡胶手套上的细菌有一定的杀灭作用。
OBJECTIVE To attach more importance to hand hygiene of staff in hospital.METHODS Randomly checked 30 samples of the hands with gloves among the staff in the infection department,including doctors,nurses and cleaners,before and after the use of Jifro disinfectant gel.RESULTS The hand hygiene pass rate of doctors,nurses,and cleaners was 20.0%,80.0% and 60.0%,respectively.The bacteria colonies on the rubber gloves before and after the use of Jifro disinfectant gel were significantly different （P0.01）.CONCLUSION It is necessary to intervene hands hygiene of the staff in hospital.Hand disinfectants have a certain role in eradicating the bacteria on rubber gloves.
