摘要
目的通过了解口腔科门诊医师诊疗操作特点及标准预防能力,采取有效的防护措施,减少医源性疾病的传播。方法对口腔科门诊医师实际操作进行现场观察、评估;对标准预防知识开展问卷调查。结果部分医师不严格执行无菌操作技术及标准预防原则;问卷调查回答正确率71.9%;操作正确率62.9%。结论应强化口腔科门诊医师标准预防的责任意识,规范操作流程,保障患者的就医安全。
OBJECTIVE To take effective prevention measures and reduce iatrogenic disease transmission by investigating the operation and the standard prevention ability of doctors in the outpatient department of stomatology.METHODS To observe the actual operation of the doctors in the outpatient department of stomatology and evaluate them on-site,to carry out a questionnaire survey about the knowledge of prevention standards from the doctors in the outpatient department of stomatology.RESULTS Some doctors in the outpatient department of stomatology did not strictly implement aseptic technique and the standard prevention;the correct answer rate for the questionnaire survey was 71.9%;the correct operation rate was 62.9%.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the sense of responsibility of standard prevention and regularizing procedure process are essential to ensure the patient′s medical safety.
