摘要
采用溶剂吸收法分离精制二甲醚,考察了吸收压力、温度、空塔线速、气液(G/L)比、吸收溶剂种类、进塔气体中DME的体积分数以及不同比表面积的填料等诸多因素对DME吸收率的影响。结果表明,吸收压力、吸收温度对DME吸收率影响最显著,而空塔线速、气液比、进塔气体中DME的体积分数φ(DME)以及吸收溶剂种类对DME吸收率的影响次之;不同比表面积填料对DME吸收率影响不明显。
Dimethyl ether (DME)is separated and purified by a solvent absorption process. Effects of process variables on absorption of DME are investigated, such as absorption pressure and temperature, volume ratio of gas to liquid, velocity of and DME content in inlet gas,type of solvent, liquid rate, and specific area of filler. The results show that all the factors,except specific area of filler,have impacts on DME absorption, among which pressure and temperature are the most important ones.
