1例肾移植术后合并阿米巴痢疾的护理

摘要 目的探讨肾移植术后合并阿米巴痢疾的临床特点及相应护理措施。方法回顾性分析1例肾移植术后合并阿米巴痢疾患者的临床诊断、对症治疗及相应护理，包括：腹泻的观察与护理、饮食护理、用药护理、健康教育、稳定患者情绪，加强心理护理。结果经过精心治疗和护理，患者腹泻消失，大便每日1次，为黄色软便，大便常规检查未见异常，粪便化验连续3次未找到阿米巴病原体，获临床治愈。结论肾移植术后合并阿米巴痢疾在国内病例报道少见，应根据患者的临床特点早期治疗，耐心、细致的护理是治疗成功的关键。
