不同温度和pH对溶组织内阿米巴龟分离株生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Temperatures and pH on the Growth of Entamoeba histolytica Strain Isolated from Infected Manouria Impressa

摘要 采用营养琼脂双相培养基对溶组织内阿米巴龟分离株进行了不同温度(25,30,34,37℃和40℃)和PH(1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0和10.0)环境条件下的体外培养观察。结果表明,溶组织内阿米巴龟分离株在25℃~40℃之间均可生长,最适生长温度为37℃;在PH1~2之间不生长,pH3~10之间可以生长,最适生长范围为pH5-8。 Entamoeba histolytica strain was isolated from infected Manouria impressa and established on LAS mediumin vitro. The growth of islated strain under different culture condition, including temperatures (25,30,34,37 ℃ and 40 ℃) and pH (1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0) was observed. The results showed that isolated strain could grow in the temperature range between 25 ℃ to 40 ℃. The optimum temperature was 37 ℃. It also could grow on the pH range of 3.0 to 10.0,but it could not grow on the range of 1.0 to 3.0 . The optimum pH range was 5.0 to 8.0 .
