摘要
目的:比较组织多普勒成像(TDI)与脉冲多普勒(PD)两种方法所获得的Tei指数对冠心病患者左心功能的应用价值。材料和方法:冠心病患者41例,正常对照组28例,采用M型超声检测左心射血分数(EF)和缩短分数(FS)。将两种方法测得的Tei指数(TDI-Tei、PD-Tei)、EF及FS进行组间比较,并对冠心病组PD-Tei、TDI-Tei与EF以及PD-Tei和TDI-Tei之间进行相关性分析。结果:比较正常组与冠心病组的左心Tei指数:PD-Tei、TDI-Tei,EF及FS值,P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两种方法测得的Tei指数与EF间均呈线性相关,P<0.01,且TDI-Tei与PD-Tei亦呈线性相关(r=0.731)。结论:Tei指数能有效地评价冠心病患者的左心功能,两种方法测值相关性良好。
Purpose To compare the value of Tel index obtained from tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） and pulsed Doppler （PD） in evaluating the left cardiac function of the patients with coronary heart disease. Materials and Methods 41 patients with coronary heart disease and 28 normal people were enrolled in the study which was divided into two groups. EF and FS were acquired by M-mode ultrasound. Tel index, EF and FS obtained by TDI and PD methods were compared between the two groups. Correlation of PD-Tei, TDI-Tei and EF of patients group was also analyzed. Results EF, FS,TDI-Tei and PD-Tei indexes between the patients group and normal control group were significant different （P〈0. 05）. Both TDI-Tei and PD-Tei indexes had a linear correlation with EF in coronary heart disease group （P〈0.01）. There was also a linear correlation of the TDI-Tei index with PD-Tei index （r=0. 731）. Conclusions Tei index is valuable, to evaluate the left cardiac function of the patients with coronary heart disease and there is a good linear correlation of the two methods.
