正常人右心室组织多普勒Tei指数定量分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的定量分析我国正常人右心室组织多普勒Tei指数的正常值范围、各测量位点之间的差异,以及其与年龄、心率和血压的关系。方法对150例正常人右室三尖瓣环游离壁位点、室间隔位点、右室游离壁中部位点进行组织多普勒Tei指数(T-Tei)及彩色多普勒Tei指数(E-Tei)的测定。结果正常人的右心室T-Tei指数测值范围为0.31~0.49(0.42±0.06),各测量位点之间无明显差异,不同年龄组间亦无明显差异,T-Tei与E-Tei测值无明显差异且高度相关(r=0.88),年龄、心率、血压对T-Tei指数无明显影响。结论组织多普勒可以准确测量右室各节段心肌和整体Tei指数,为评价右室Tei指数提供了新的检测手段。 Objective To quantitatively evaluate fight ventricular Tei index by tissue Doppler imaging in normal subjects,and analyze the difference among different metrical places and their relationship with age, heart rate and blood pressure. Methods HP Sonos 5500 equipped with TDI analysis software was used. One hundred and fifty healthy subjects were enrolled in the study. By TDI , Tei index was measured at the junction of tricuspid annulus with right ventricular free wall and interventricular septtm, the middle place of right ventricular free wall. Conventional Tei index (E- Tei) was measured by pulsed flow Doppler imaging. Results The global right ventricular Tei index in normal subjects was 0.31 ~ 0.49(0.42 ± 0.06). No significant difference was found among different metrical places and ages. Ages, heart rates and blood pressure had no influence on right ventricular Tei index. There had not only no significant difference but also showed a highly significant correlation( r = 0.88) between E - Tei and T - Tei. Conclusion Tissue Doppler imaging as a new way can quantitatively assess the global right ventricular Tei index and partial segment Tei index.
