摘要
用γ-射线的六个剂量照射黄皮洋葱(品种为No.8205)离体佛焰苞,然后接种在MS+6一BA10mg/l+NAAlmg/l培养基中培养。结果经20—50GY照射的花序不产生幼苗,对照和经5GY、10GY照射的花序幼苗诱导率分别为75%、41.7%和16.7%。在5GY照射的花序上产生了一株突变株。该突变株表现叶片多(9张),根多(7条)、叶片细。对照植株为3张叶,2—3条根,叶片粗。突变株鳞茎形状出现变异,球形指数为1:0.
The flower heads of yellow onion (Var. No. 8205)were radiated bygamins rays at six doses (e.g. 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 GY). Every flower head radiated was cut longitudinally into four pieces and each of which was cultured on medium for inducing seedling (basal medium MS +6-BA 10mg+NAA lmg/1). No seedling could be induced under 20 to 50 GY doses radiation. The seedling induction frequency of CK, 5 GY and 10 GY radiation treatments was 75%, 41.7% and 16.7% respectively. The mutation seedling we got was induced from lower head, radiated by gamma rays of 5 Gy. The mutation seedling has numerous leaves (nine leaves) and roots (seven roots), but the leaves were very slim. The normal seedlings have three leaves, two to three roots and their leaves are rough. The bulb shape of the mutation seedling exhibits variation. The bulb shape index of mutation plant is 1:0.83.
