摘要
以大麦栽培品种沪麦10号的成熟胚为供试材料,将其纵向或横向一剖为二,经离体培养后,纵剖或横剖的半胚比整胚易于诱导形成愈伤组织和分化成苗,纵剖成的半胚,都能各自萌发、生长,发育成正常植株。
Germination, callus induction and plantlet regeneration between complete embryo and half-embryo segments which were obtained by cutting the complete embryo longitudinally or latitudinally were compared in vitro culture, using one cultivar of spring barley. The callus induction and plant regeneration of the two types of embryo halfs egment were better than those of the complete embryo. The half-embryo segments cut longitudinally were able to form normal plants.
