蚕豆种皮微形态与品种鉴定的关系 被引量:1

STUDY ON MICRO-MORPHOLOGY OF FABABEAN SEEDCOATS OF DIFFERENT CULTIVARS

摘要 采用扫描电镜研究了放大1500—3000倍的不同品种蚕豆种皮表面纹饰的差异,结果表明,在亲缘关系较近的材料如三白豆和γ-821之间差异较小;而在亲缘关系较远的日本豆、紫湾豆、启豆一号以及三白豆间则差异较大。因此,种皮表面纹饰不仅可作为品种鉴定的微形态指标,而且可以作为亲缘关系鉴定的指标之一。另对蚕豆不同发育时期种皮微形态与石蜡切片进行了对比观察。 This report describes the difference in surface sculpture of seedcoats between five fababean cutilvars. 1500-3000-time enlarged microscopic photographes of seed coats showed that there wasn't great difference in sculpture of seedcoat between closely related cultivars such as 'three white bean' and 'r-821'. On the contrary the seedcoats of distantly related cultivars such as Japanese bean, Ziwan bean and Qi bean-1 differed greatly in surface sculpture of seedcoat from each other. Thus, the surface sculpture can be used as a reference character to distinguish different fababean cultivars and determine their relationships. The micromorphology of Fababean seedcoats at different development stages was also studied through paraffin section and scanning electron microscope.
