摘要
测定了14个水稻品种幼苗在吸收NH_4^+[1mM(NH_4)_2SO_4]过程中H^+分泌速率。6小时及16分钟的pH计测定结果H^+分泌速率和NH_4^+吸收速率呈显著的正相关。在此基础上,用酸碱指示剂(溴酚蓝及甲基红,pH3.0—6.0)测定吸收溶液的酸化程度,也观察到H^+分泌速率与NH_4^+吸收速率显著正相关。酸碱指示剂法,手续简易,可以作为大规模初筛高效率氮素营养的品种之用。
Rates of hydrogen ion efflux and ammomium uptake by intact roots of fourteen rice varieties were measured in solution containing 1m mol/l(NH_4)_2SO_4 plus 0.2 m mol/1 CaSO_4. The result showed that NH_4^+ uptake was signifcantly correlated to H^+ efflux in 6-hour test as well as in 16-minute test. The observed correlations provide the basis of a simplified method by the use of acid-base indicators (bromphenol blue and methyl red in the pH range 3.0—6.0) for preliminarily screening efficient NH_4^+ uptake lines from large number of rice cultivars.
