摘要
双孢蘑菇孢子液体萌发技术国内外尚未见有成功的报道。本文作者通过合理的试验,首先提出了双孢蘑菇孢子萌发的液体培养条件,获得了成功的方法。其主要技术要点为:培养液pH 值应调节到5左右;培养温度应控制在24—28℃左右;培养前有效的热处理形式为50℃、10～30分钟或40℃,20～40分钟;培养液以马铃薯汁为主要成分,适当添加其它营养成分及激素类物质等。
This paper is the world-wide first report relating the technique of ger- minating Agaricus bisporus spores in liquid.With the reasonable design of experiments, he technique of germinating A.bisporus spore in liquid was successfully developed.This _t^technique will be available for developing the genetics and breeding in Agaricus bisporus. The main points of the technique may be summarized as follows:1)pH of liquid culture medium should be about 5.2)Incubation temperature should be about 42—28℃. 3)Effective temperature of heat treatment for stimulating germination should be 50℃ for 10 to 30 minutes or 40℃ for 20 to 40 minutes.4)Main component of the liquid culture medium was potato extract and some nutrients and growth hormones were also added.
