摘要 为探寻钢渣胶凝活性快速评价方法,开展了转炉钢渣在EDTA-碱溶液中的溶出试验,系统分析了钢渣溶出特性与钢渣胶凝材料胶砂性能之间的关系。结果表明:在一定的溶出时间内,不同来源钢渣在EDTA-碱溶液中的溶出量与钢渣胶凝材料的中后期胶砂抗压强度及其增长量具有较好的线性关系。矿物组成与微观形貌分析表明,EDTA-碱溶液能够有选择性地溶解转炉钢渣中的硅酸盐矿物和铝酸盐矿物。该法可用于钢渣胶凝活性的快速评价。 Aiming to establish a rapid evaluation method of steel slag cementitious activity,dissolution characteristics of converter steel slag in EDTA-alkali solution have been investigated and the relationship between dissolution characteristics and cementitious activity expressed as mortar strength has been analyzed.Results show that the linear relationship between the quantity dissolved from steel slag and the mortar compressive strength is significant.According to the analysis results of mineral composition and microscopic morphologies,EDTA-alkali solution can selectively dissolve the silicate and aluminate minerals of steel slag,which could be used as a rapid evaluation method of converter steel slag cementitious activity.
