摘要
新能源汽车的车身设计和使用场景对汽车座椅结构提出了新的要求。其结构设计在考虑安全性和舒适性的同时,还需兼顾新能源汽车电池包的体积、形状及布置方式等。另外,其结构的轻量化也极为重要。通过对市场实际调研以及文献查阅,从结构形式、尺寸参数、功能等方面分析了新能源汽车对座椅结构设计提出的要求,并针对这些要求,分析并总结认为新能源汽车座椅结构的设计方法应综合运用新型材料、工艺改良、结构优化设计方法以及人机工程学方法。为新能源汽车座椅结构的设计提供指导。
The body design and application scenarios of new energy vehicles put forward new requirements for the car seat structure.While considering safety and comfort,the seat structure design should also take the size,shape and layout of the battery pack into account.In addition,lightweight design of seat is even more important.This paper analyses the new request to seat structure of the new energy vehicle from structure type,size parameters and function via market survey and literature review,hence,summarizes its design method,indicates that the new materials,structure optimization design,technology improvement and ergonomics should be comprehensively considered.It provides guidance for the design of seat structure of new energy vehicles.
