大鼠颈动脉外膜炎症对血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨动脉外膜炎症对血管内皮功能的影响。方法大鼠右颈动脉硅胶管包裹制备动脉外膜炎症大鼠模型。外膜炎症组、对照组各10只大鼠。测定各组大鼠包裹段颈动脉内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)及血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果与对照组相比,外膜炎症组eNOS表达明显增强,血清NO水平明显降低,ET水平明显增高。结论颈动脉外膜炎症大鼠在动脉内膜形态学改变尚不明显前即可检测到eNOS表达增强、NO的降低及ET的升高,提示血管外膜炎症引起内皮损伤后功能改变早于形态学改变。 Objective To discuss the effect of artery adventitial inflammation on the vascularendothelial function.Methods We wraped rats' right carotid arteries with the silicone tube as model of artery adventitial inflammation.Rats of simple adventitial inflammation group and rats of the control group are all 10 rats.We assayed endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)in rats' right carotid arteries,the serum nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)levels.Results Compared with control group,the expression of eNOS in adventitial inflammation group statisticly increased,NO level in serum statisticly decreased and ET level statisticly increased in the simple adventitial inflammation group.Conclusion We can detect the decrease in NO,increase in eNOS and ET of rat carotid artery when the adventitial inflammation appear and before morphological changes in the intima was not apparent.
