摘要
目的:了解绵阳市食品污染物现状,为制定切实有效的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法:从绵阳市各类超市、农贸市场采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法和原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法进行检测分析。结果:共检测食品样267份,213份合格,合格率79.78%。检测的43类食品35项中,不合格的指标主要是铅、镉、汞、铝、亚硝酸盐和蔬菜水果中的农药残留量。结论:绵阳市的部分食品合格率不高,相关部门应加强严格有效的监督、监测。
Objective：To understand the polluted condition of food in Mianyang and provide scientific measure for instituting effective schemes to prevent and control diseases.Methods：Food samples were collected or purchased from supermarket and farm product market in Mianyang,it was detected by methods of food hygienic analysis and determination of melamine in raw milk dairy products.Results：267 food samples were detected,213 samples were qualified,and the qualification rate was 79.78%.The unqualified items were mainly plumbum,cadmium,mercury,aluminum and pesticide residues in vegetables and fruit among 35 tested indexes in 43 kind′s foods.Conclusion：The unqualified rate of some food wasn′t high,effective supervise and surveillance measures should be take strictly by related department.
