摘要
探讨了出口速冻方便食品企业HACCP体系运行中易被忽视的关键问题,并针对这些问题提出了处理方法与改进建议。
During supervising the food manufactory ,it is found that some problems generated universally in HACCP system of export quick-frozen convenient food manufactory, and are neglected by manager of the food manufaetary. The problems have a potential effect on the availability of HACCP system. We give some suggestion in order to sovling or managing the problems.
