摘要
以我院在该区勘察所取得的实际资料为基础，结合当地实际情况，对膨胀土的工程地质特点、性能及对上部建（构）筑物的危害进行了分析总结，提出了适合该地区实际情况的基础设计处理方案。
This paper deals with the study and analysis on the engineering geological charactesistics and performance of the expansive soil along with the latent damage to the upper builidings( constructures),and puts forward the foundation treatment and design scheme suitable for the local area according to the actual data and soil test results achieved from the investigation in this area as well as the local actual conditions.
