摘要
2001年颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中明确提出:"建立促进教师不断提高的评价体系"、"建立以教师自评为主"的评价制度,这表明了教师自评在教师专业发展中的重要作用。以教师专业发展及教师自评的理论为基础,从教师的专业情意、专业知识与专业技能三个方面,对教师自评体系进行解构,可以促进教师的专业发展。
The Program for Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Draft) claims that the reform is to "establish the evaluation system which promotes the teacher' s improvement" and "establish the evaluation system which is mainly based on teacher self- assessment". That indicates the vital role of teacher self- assessment in teacher professional development. This essay tries to deconstruct the teacher self- assessment evaluation system in three aspects: professional affection, professional knowledge and professional skills, which is based on the theories of teacher professional development and teacher self- assessment, to promote teacher professional development.
