摘要
报道《护士人文修养》精品课程建设的方法:以国家级十一五规划教材为授课教材;优化整合护士职业道德修养、文化修养、美学修养、理性思维修养、人际关系修养等课堂授课内容;全程贯穿小组研究性学习模式,采用PBL教学方法;针对就业开展模拟面试、护士风采展示等实践课堂;建设含多个学习模块的精品课程网站和课程建设网站。课程评价结果显示:有98.9%的护生愿意参加PBL教学,认为小组研究性学习模式和PBL教学方法能较好提高护生解决问题的能力。与就业有关的各种教学改革行之有效,护生就业率连续多年达到95%以上。国内多所护理院系借鉴应用了本研究成果。《护士人文修养》在不断的教学改革和课程建设中,对提高护生的人文素质起到了核心引导作用,但对人文教师提出了更高的要求,人文教师的培养有待进一步加强。
This paper is to summarize how to establish an excellent course, that is Humanity Cultivation for Nurse. Textbooks from Eleventh Five-Year Plan National level official textbooks were applied covering cultivation of professional ethics, culture, aesthetics, rational thought, interpersonal relation. Research group together PBL teaching, mock interview, demonstration of nurses＇ elegance were employed during teaching. In addition, related websites were established to aid teaching. Course evaluation indicated that 98.9% of the students were willing to participate PBL teaching. Research group and PBL teaching would improve nursing students＇ ability of dealing with various problems. All sorts of teaching reform related with employment of graduates were effective. Research results of the course were drawn on by many nursing departments in other universities. Humanity Cultivation for Nurse plays an essential role in the process of teaching reform and course establishment. Meanwhile, it requires a lot about the cultivation of teachers.
