摘要
激励机制对提高护理质量具有重要意义,我们在临床实践中采取目标激励、环境、成就、教育和利益激励等,以提高护理人员的工作积极性,增强整个科室的凝聚力,从而更好地实施"一切以患者为中心"的现代护理理念。
Incentive mechanism has important meaning on enhancing nursing quality, the aim inspiration,environment inspiration, achievement inspiration, education inspiration and benefit inspiration were carried on in clinical practice by us, to the aim of enhancing work enthusiasm of workers, strengthening coagulative power of department, and showing modem nursing philosophy of patient-centered better.
