摘要
实施教育评估是一项组织工程。本文应用工程项目管理的目标控制、指导原则和实施步骤等原理,对规范和管理评估实践过程作一初探,以期保证和提高评估的质量和效益。
The implementation of education evaluation is an engineering project.This paper studies evaluation project engineering from the perspectives of project management,such as objective control,guiding principles and implementation steps,in a bid to standardize evaluation practice and enhance quality and efficiency of evaluation.
