摘要
通过对东新村的水量平衡分析表明：该村农业水资源供需矛盾日趋尖锐，在当前生产水平下，年缺水约５０万ｍ３，必须大力推广节水灌溉技术，维持地下水采补平衡，以维持该村农业的持续稳定发展。
Based on the investigation of water resources and water saving irrigation status in Dongxin village,the water balance was analyzed.The result showed that the contradiction between supply and requirement of agricultural water resources was severely,currently water shortage was 0.5 million m 3.In order to maintain the balance between use and supplement of groundwater and the sustainable and stable development of agriculture,water saving irrigation should be extended vigorously.
