摘要
建筑物基坑土方施工阶段,常因地下水位的下降而引起基坑周围地表的沉降。文中通过西安花园小区1号楼工程施工实例,介绍因地下水位下降而造成地表沉降,遂及时观察、记录已发生沉降的时间与相应的沉降量数值,利用趋势外推法进行分析,得到地表沉降量预测公式,及时、准确、定量地预测了地表沉降的发展情况,预测结果对制定施工决策措施起到了指导作用。
During earthwork construction of foundation pit for building,surface settlement around foundation pit is commonly caused by reduction of underground water level.During engineering construction of Xi'an Garden Compound No.1 Building,surface settlement due to reduction of underground water level,through timely observation and record of the time and value of settlement,this paper analyzes the trend extrapolation to educe prediction formula of surface settlement and predict surface settlement in future timely,exactly and quantitatively.The result is of guiding significance for the establishment of construction program and measures.
