摘要
基于形体建模特征,进行了常用圆柱齿轮减速器特征分析;基于参数化设计技术,在Pro/ENG INEE平台下,详细介绍了减速箱体参数化造型与设计步骤,并完成了上箱体和下箱体参数化造型;工程设计人员只要提供相关设计参数即可得到新的三维模型实体。论文可为其他机械结构三维造型技术提供借鉴。
Based on physical modeling features,common characteristics analysis of cylindrical gear reducer is carried out.Based on parametric design technology,the Pro/ENGINEE platform,the parametric modeling and design steps of deceleration box are introduced in detail.The parametric modeling of upper and lower box is completed.As long as the engineering design staff provide relevant parameters,then the 3D modeling entity can be obtained,and which can provide some reference for 3D modeling of other parts.
