基于Pro/E的拖拉机传动系直齿圆锥齿轮精确参数化设计 被引量:1

摘要 在Pro/E Wildfire 2.0的环境下,结合直齿圆锥齿轮齿廓球面渐开线的形成特点,运用计算机图形学、空间运动学的理论,对直齿圆锥齿轮进行了精确参数化设计,此法尤其在R/m值很小的拖拉机传动系直齿圆锥齿轮精确设计中效果明显。该参数化建模改善了图形的修改手段,提高了设计的柔性。 In environment of Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0, using the theory of computer graphics and space kinematics, combining the formation characteristics of tooth spherical involute line, the straight tooth cone gears were parametric designed accurately. This method results significantly especially in the accurate design of straight tooth cone gears whose R/m is small in tractor transmission system. Experiments show that the method can improve modification means of drawing and the flexibility in design.
