摘要
为准确检测发动机曲轴位置及其旋转速度,设计了一种基于非晶态合金的新型电感式转角及转速传感器。首先,介绍了这种传感器的结构、工作原理和两种检测安装方式。然后,分析了它的输出灵敏度特性和非线性误差。最后,通过试验,分析了气隙、线圈匝数、激磁电流强度及频率对检测灵敏度的影响,以及不同非晶态合金薄带宽度对脉冲感应电压波形的影响。试验结果表明,该传感器具有灵敏度高、结构简单等特点,用于汽车发动机的转角及转速检测是可行的。
In order to measure accurately engine crank position and rotating speed,we designed a new kind inductance type rotating speed and angle sensor based on the amorphous alloy.Firstly,the sensor structure,the working principle and two kind of installation methods were introduced.Then,output sensitivity characteristic and the non-linear error of the sensor were analyzed.Finally,the influence of the air gap,the coil number of windings,and the excitation electric current and the frequency on the measurement sensitivity,and the influence of different amorphous alloy thin belt width on pulse induced voltage profile were analyzed by experiment.The experimental result shows the sensor has some characteristics such as higher sensitivity and simple structure,and which is feasible for measuring rotating speed and angle of the automobile engine.
