摘要
目的探讨科玛嘉(CHROMagar)念珠菌显色培养基的临床应用。方法对106份可疑为真菌感染的标本分别采用CHROMagar念珠菌显色培养基鉴定和沙氏培养基ATB鉴定,比较2种方法的结果和符合率。结果 106份标本共检出念珠菌59株,其中白色念珠菌35株(59.3%),热带念珠菌9株(15.3%),光滑念珠菌占7株(11.9%),克柔念珠菌2株(3.4%),其他菌株6株(10.2%)。2种方法鉴定4种念珠菌总体符合率为98.1%,鉴定结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CHROMagar念珠菌显色培养基鉴定念珠菌的菌型,具有操作简便、快速、准确的特点,适合临床微生物室推广使用。
Objective To discuss clinical application of CHROMagar candida chromogenic culture medium.Methods106 patients of suspected fungal infection were used CHROMagar candida chromogenic culture medium and sabouraud medium with ATB for the identification,compared the results of two methods and compliance rate of them.Results 106 samples were detected,59 plants of candida,including candida albicans 35 plants（59.3%）,9 plants of candida albicans（15.3%）,candida tropicalis for 7 plants（11.9%）,C.krusei for 2 plants（3.4%）,others for 6 plants（10.2%）.The overall compliance rate of the two methods was 98.1%,the results was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion CHROMagar Candida chromogenic culture medium identified the fungus candida type,is simple,fast,accurate and is suitable to promote the use of clinical microbiology room.
