摘要
目的总结布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉情况和经验。方法回顾分析布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜妇科手术415例患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化,麻醉相关时间、术后宫缩痛及呼吸抑制程度、相关并发症发生情况及患者满意度等临床资料。结果所有手术均顺利完成,患者诱导前后的心率、血压无明显改变,麻醉诱导时间短、苏醒快,离院时间合理,术后宫缩痛轻,患者的满意度高。无严重麻醉并发症发生。结论布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜手术具有麻醉效果好、并发症少、术后镇痛效果好、患者的满意度高的优点,用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉是比较安全可行的。
Objective To summarize the experience of intravenous anesthesia using butorphanol combined with propofol in hysteroscope operation.Methods 415 cases of intravenous anesthesia patients using butorphanol combined with propofol in hysteroscope operation were choosed.And SBP,DBP,HR,SpO2,anesthesia time and et al were analysed.Results All the operation were fulfilled,in the guidance of the HR and BP had no change,anesthesia time was short,revivtication was fast,the patient＇s degree of satisfaction was high.No serious complications occured on.Conclusion It has good anesthesia effect,few complication,high satisfaction that intravenous anesthesia using butorphanol combined with propofol in hysteroscope operation.
