摘要 超声造影通过对肿瘤病灶微血管的实时显像和血流灌注定位,为前列腺良恶性病灶鉴别以及靶向前列腺穿刺提供了新的方法。现就其在前列腺癌诊断中的临床应用现状及发展前景做一综述。 Contrast - enhanced uhrasonography（CEUS） provides a new method in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of the prostate, and targeted prostate biopsy by real - time imaging of tumor microvessels and blood perfusion location. The article reviews the clinical application and development perspective of CEUS in diagnosis of prostate cancer.
