摘要
目的:了解慢性前列腺炎患者症状程度及前列腺液(EPS)内微生物检出情况。方法:用症状指数(NIH-CPSI)对214例慢性前列腺炎患者进行评估,同时进行EPS标本内常规细菌培养和人型支原体、解脲脲原体和沙眼衣原体测定。结果:慢性前列腺炎症状中以疼痛不适最常见;46例患者EPS内检出病原微生物62株,其中混合感染12例。症状轻重患者EPS内病原体检出情况无明显差异。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中可有多种微生物,其检出情况与症状严重程度无项关性。
Objective：To explore severity of symptom and pathogens of chronic prostatitis. Methods：Totally 214 patients with chronic prostatitis were evaluated for symptoms and their EPS was incubated for detection of bacteria, mycoplasma, and Chlamydia. Results：Of the symptoms, the primary component was pain, There were 46 patients showing microorganisms in their EPS. Among them 12 were infected by two or three kinds, There is no difference on detecting microorganism between three groups of different symptom severity. Conchtsions There are many kinds of pathogenic microorganisms in patient with chronic prostatitis, and symptom score does not correlated with pathogenic microorganism infection.
