摘要
研究了用等离子发射光谱仪测定钢中的微量硼，并对方法的实验条件、元素谱线选择以及干扰的消除进行了讨论。结果表明：回收率为95％～105％，相对标准偏差〈3％。本法已用于钢中微量硼的产品检验。
The method of plasma emission spectrometry determination of trace boron in steel is researched, and experimental conditions, the element spectra selection and interference elimination of this method are discussed. The results show that the recovery is 95% -105%, relative standard deviation is less than 3 %. Now, the method is used in product testing of determination of trace boron in steel.
