摘要
毫米波行波管是一种具有重要发展前景的毫米波源,本文简要介绍了耦合腔行波管和螺旋线行波管的工作特点,以及国际上毫米波行波管的发展现状和趋势,指出了发展中遇到的一些关键问题。
Millimeter wave TWTs are promising millimeter wave vacuum sources for high power and broadband applications.In this paper,the operating mechanism of coupled-cavity TWT and helix TWT is briefly introduced.The state-of-arts and developing trend are reviewed,and some technical issues are discussed.
