摘要
本全位置焊接系统是以C8051F020单片机作为控制芯片,通过数字伺服系统、PI以及软件控制,实现电机的启动、停止、行进速度和焊缝的跟踪。同时,利用单片机对传感器反馈信息的再处理,达到精确控制的目的,完成焊接的基本要求。焊接速度的控制,系统采用微机控制数字直流伺服系统对电机进行控制,实现精确调速。
The hardware kernel of automatic welding control system uses the C8051F020 and a digitized servo system,PI and software control were adopted,so,realized the start,stop,velocity control to the motor and weld joint tracking.At the same time,using SCM re-treat the feedback information from the sensors,to achieve the purpose of precise control,completed the basic requirements for welding.As for control of welding speed,DC servo system that is controlled by SCM is used,to achieve the precise speed control.
