摘要
海洋管道作为最重要的海洋石油天然气运输方式,发展十分迅速,但我国在深海铺管技术方面与国外先进水平相比还有明显的差距。在深入剖析国内外广泛应用的几种焊机结构的基础上,对S型管道铺设用全位置自动焊机关键部件——锁紧、行走以及焊枪姿态调整等的设计进行了分析和探讨,为深水海底管道铺设用全位置自动焊机的自主设计研发奠定了坚实基础。
Sub-sea pipeline is an important transporting method for offshore oil gas,it develops rapidly,but the obvious difference exists between China deep water pipeline laying technology and overseas advanced technology.Based on further study of several kinds of welding machine structure at home and aboard,this article discussed some key parts design of S type of all-position automatic welding machine used for sub-sea pipeline laying,such as clamping system,moving assembly and welding torch adjustment,this will establish foundation for design all-position automatic welding machine used for sub-sea pipeline laying.
