摘要
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是一种重要的抑制性神经递质,具有多种生理功能,研究广泛并且市场前景广阔。研究利用味精厂产生的废液为原料生产γ-氨基丁酸,经过优化后在等电废液中添加葡萄糖15g/L,酵母粉10g/L,在pH值为4.5时30℃静置培养72h,GABA产量为2.7g/L,比优化前产量提高50%。
γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter with a variety of physiological functions, extensive research and broad market prospects. γ-aminobutyric acid was produced using waste ofmonosodium glutamate factory as raw materials. The optimum conditions were as follows: adding 15 g/L and 10g/L of glucose and yeast extract respectively in fermentation broth, adjusting pH to 4.5 and fermentation under 30℃ for 72 h. Content of GABA in broth was 2.7 g/L under optimum fermentation, which was 50% higher than that of before optimization.
