摘要
论述了高校图书馆要围绕高校应用型人才的培养目标,对自己的服务职能进行准确定位,充分发挥其在人才培养中的优势,提出在更新服务理念、丰富馆藏结构、加强特色服务、完善服务设施和环境、提供实践平台等方面,更好地为应用型人才的培养开展服务。
The objective of training applied talents is expounded and it is pointed out that the university library should play its advantages in personnel training by accurately positioning its service functions,updating service con-cept,enriching the structures of the collections,strengthening the special service,perfecting service facilities and the environment and providing practical platform.
