摘要
图书馆在高职院校的人才培养工作中有着极其重要的优势和作用。图书馆通过提供优质资源、优质环境和优质服务,形成延伸日常教学、提高综合素质、增强信息利用能力的良好育人环境。高职院校图书馆要通过强化工作人员队伍建设、加强大学生获取信息能力的培养、加强文献资源建设、深化图书馆导读工作、加强数字资源开发利用等途径,为人才培养提供优质服务。
There are extremely important advantage and effect on me library in cultivation of talented people at higher vocational colleges. The library forms the fine environment ofstretching daily teaching, improving comprehensive quality, strengthening information by providinghigh grade resource, high quality environment and first class service. The vocational college libraryprovides first class service for talent cultivation by improving team construction, sharpening collegestudents＇ ability to obtain information, enhancing the building of document resources, deepeninglibrary reading guidance job, increasing digital resource development and utilization.
