摘要
目的：了解桂林市男男性接触者的艾滋病和梅毒感染情况。方法：2008年4—6月，对桂林市400名男男性接触者进行问卷和血清学调查。结果：抽血检查315人，艾滋病病毒抗体阳性率为1．59％，梅毒阳性率为3．17％。2人同时感染两种疾病。结论：艾滋病和梅毒在男男性接触者中的感染率较高，急需开展相关的教育和干预措施。
Objective： To understand the prevalence of HIV and Syphilis infection among the men who have sex with men（MSM） in Guilin. Methods： 315 MSM in Guilin were tested for anti - HIV, and anti -Syphilis from April to June,2008. [ Results] 315 MSM were tested. The positive rate of anti - HIV and anti - Syphilis are 1. 59% and 3.17%. 2 HIV infectors are also infected with Syphilis at the moment. Conclusion： The prevalence of HIV and Syphilis is high among MSM. It is imperative to carry out education and targeted interventions.
