摘要
目的观察灯盏细辛干预血小板、凝血、纤溶等功能时对急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗的影响。方法30条麻醉犬制成急性冠状动脉血栓形成模型,随机分为三组:生理盐水组;尿激酶组;尿激酶+灯盏细辛组。结果灯盏细辛能明显改善尿激酶溶栓后血小板聚集率、血小板血栓素B2(TXB2)、6酮前列环素等方面的变化(P<0.001),并且能升高血中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)(P<0.01)、抗凝血因子Ⅲ(ATⅢ)(P<0.05)浓度,降低纤溶酶原激活物的抑制物(PAI)浓度(P<0.001)。结论灯盏细辛可能使急性冠状动脉血栓形成时应用尿激酶溶栓治疗的再通率增加,再闭塞减少。
Objective To research the influence of Deng Zhan Xi Xin (Erigeron breviscapus) on thrombolytic treatment during coronary thrombosis. Methods Thirty anesthetic dogs, model of acute coronary thrombosis, were randomly divided into three groups (normal saline, urokinase, urokinase plus Deng Zhan Xi Xin Chinese medicinal herb, Erigeron breviscapus ). Influence of Deng Zhan Xi Xin on thrombolytic treatment was observed during acute myocardial infarction. Result The results showed that Deng Zhan Xi Xin can change the blood platelet aggregation, TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF1a levels ( P <0.001) after thrombolytic treatment with urokinase. Deng Zhan Xi Xin can also elevate the level of blood tTA ( P <0.01),AT Ⅲ ( P <0.05) and decline the level of PAI( P <0.001). Conclusion The effects as in the Result may be the mechanism of Deng Zhan Xi Xin in enhancing recanalization and lowering reocclusion during thrombolytic treatment by urokinase after acute myocardial infarction.
