摘要
为了在方剂药效物质及其动力学研究中取得进展．在国内外相关研究和我们的有关理论与实验积累的基础上，分别提出和讨论了方剂进入体内成分状况的概念与意义．方剂体内／血清成分谱与靶成分这一术语，因为较吻合现代科学语汇，其涵义能较好解决该领域基本难题和能与中医药理论有机结合．该概念对于方剂药效物质及其动力学研究与发展具有重要意义．
To make progress in the theoretical researches on the pharmacodynamic substance and pharmacokinetics of recipe of Traditional Chinese Medicine(RTCM), the concept of RTCMderived component spectrum and target component in vivo/serum is defined on the base of other scholars' related works and our related theoretical and experimental achievements. The conditions of the chemical components absorbed into body fluids/serum after the administrations of RTCM are described and their significance are discussed. As this concept is close in notion to some of the latest ideas in Western Medicine and easy to be accepted, it will help to integrate the TCM theory with modern science. This concept plays an important role in the research and development of pharmacodynamic substance and pharmacokinetics of RTCM.
