摘要
目的和方法 :α-醋酸萘酯酶 ( ANAE)反应标记 T淋巴细胞活性的细胞化学方法 ,对成都地区 (海拔 50 0 m) ;循化地区 (海拔 190 0 m) ;玉树地区 (海拔 380 0 m)三个不同海拔地区健康人群的外周血淋巴细胞总阳性率及其亚型进行了测定。结果 :移居高海拔地区人群的外周血 T淋巴细胞总阳性率及点状颗粒型淋巴细胞的阳性率明显低于平原地区人群 ( P<0 .0 1)。而弥散颗粒型淋巴细胞阳性率却高于平原地区人群 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论
By means of cytochemical ANAE reaction of marked lymphocytes, the mean positive rate and the subtypes of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood were determined among healthy persons from Chengdu (500 meters above sea level), Xunhua (1900 meters above sea level) and Yushu (3800 meters above sea level). The results showed that the total positive rate of ANAE reaction and the dot particle type of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood in the population immigranted into the areas at high sea level were siginficently lower than those of the population in the plain(P< 0.01 ). The findings suggest that hypoxia may cause a decrease in the immune function of the population in the plateau.
