摘要
目的 :为准确测定盐酸普鲁卡因溶液的含量。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法测定盐酸普鲁卡因溶液的含量 ,测定波长为 2 89nm ,参比波长为 2 59.7nm。结果 :平均回收率为 1 0 0 .7% ,RSD =1 .0 6%。结论 :本方法能有效地消除盐酸普鲁卡因分解产物对氨基苯甲酸的干扰 。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of procaine hydrochloride in solution.METHOD:The content of procaine in solution was determined by dual wavelength spectrophotomerery at 289nm and 259.7nm.RESULTS:The average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 1.06%.CONCLUSION:The method can eliminate the interference of P-amionfenzoic acid which was decomposed product of procaine hydrochloride,the result was accurate.
