摘要
目的 对小柴胡冲剂的质量标准进行了研究。方法 采用薄层层析法 ,对样品中柴胡、黄芩和甘草进行了鉴别。结果 鉴别方法专属性强 ,重现性好 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 本研究为小柴胡冲剂的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To study on the quality standards of Xiaochaihu granules. Methods TLC method was used to identify Radix bupleuri,Radix scutellariae and Radix glycyrrhizae. Results The methods were specific and reproducible, the native contrast experiment was little interference.Conclusion This study provided a basis for the quality control of Xiaochaihu granules.
