摘要
为了探讨硒对富硒植物恩施碎米荠化学成分的影响,考察了在营养液中分别添加0、15、30、45、60、75、90mg/L7个浓度的亚硒酸钠1个月后,恩施碎米荠幼苗叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸的含量,并利用氨基酸自动分析仪对0、30、60mg/L处理组进行了总氨基酸的组成分析。结果表明,15~75mg/L的硒可以促进恩施碎米荠幼苗叶片中蛋白质的合成,30mg/L时蛋白质含量最高;30~90mg/L的硒可以提高可溶性糖的含量,60mg/L是最适浓度;15~75mg/L硒处理游离氨基酸含量呈下降趋势,但在90mg/L硒处理时游离氨基酸含量回升;30和60mg/L的硒处理可以提高总氨基酸的含量,但必需氨基酸的百分比下降。
In order to research the effects of selenium on active components of Cardamine enshiensis, a kind of selenium hyperaccumulator, the protein, free amino acid and soluble sugar were analyzed in leaves of Cardamine enshiensis after treated by Na2SO3 solutions with 0,15,30,45,60,75 and 90 mg/L.More over, total amino acid compositions were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer.The results showed that the protein fraction increased at selenium dosages 15~75 mg/L,and reached its peak at 30 mg/L.The soluble sugar fraction increased at selenium dosages 30~90 mg/L,and reached its peak at 60 mg/L.The free amino acid fraction decreased at selenium dosages 15~75 mg/L,but it was accelerated at 90 mg/L.Total amino acid fraction increased at 30 and 60 mg/L, but the percentage of essential amino acid decreased.
